Global Solutions Product Manager

Experteer Overview
In this global, cross-functional role, you will shape integrated solutions for low-voltage distribution, driving profitability and market relevance. You’ll lead strategy, lifecycle management, and pricing for Transfer Switching Solutions within a lean, Agile team. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain to translate customer needs into compelling offers and ensure successful go-to-market. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence ABB’s electrification portfolio and energy-management initiatives on a global scale.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Drive strategy and portfolio development for integrated solutions addressing customer challenges
- Analyze market trends and manage full lifecycle from needs identification to post-sale support
- Define solution specifications, value propositions, pricing, and business plans to maximize profitability
- Oversee lifecycle governance, stage gates, and cost optimization for new developments
- Lead go-to-market planning and cross-functional execution with Sales, Marketing, and Partners
- Ensure regulatory compliance and articulate customer value and total cost of ownership
- 5-7+ years in product management, strategic planning, and market-driven solution portfolio development
- Experience as Solution Manager or Product Manager in low voltage electrification or technology solutions
- Strong focus on customer outcomes, business planning, pricing models, and market analysis
- Bachelor/master in electrical/mechanical/management engineering with a track record in strategic solution/portfolio management
- Experience with low-voltage applications and high-power electrical distribution (circuit breakers, switchgear, ATS)
- Familiarity with Agile methodology; strong communication skills in English; other languages a plus
