You will drive loyalty and revenue by turning insights into engaging guest experiences, working with Carnival Global Gaming and Costa's teams to deliver measurable impact.
Open-term, full-time, hybrid role with a salary range of 50,000–55,000 EUR and a regional Italian CCNL contract. Fluency in English and frequent travel are expected.
