Part of LGC Assure, our certification, training and digital solutions support businesses in more than 130 countries to improve food safety, quality and operational excellence. /p h3Job Description /h3 pAs our Market Development Manager for Europe, you'll take ownership of developing BRCGS across Central and Western Europe, creating and delivering market strategies that increase certification adoption, strengthen relationships with Certification Bodies and key industry partners, and drive sustainable commercial growth. /p pWorking closely with commercial, marketing and product teams, you'll identify new opportunities, recover underperforming markets and help protect BRCGS' position as the leading global brand in supply chain assurance. /p pYou'll spend your time: /p ul liDeveloping and executing regional growth strategies across European markets. /li liBuilding positive relationships with Certification Bodies, retailers, manufacturers and strategic partners to increase adoption of BRCGS programmes. /li liIdentifying new commercial opportunities whilst protecting existing market share through proactive customer engagement. /li liAnalysing market trends, competitor activity and customer insight to shape regional priorities. /li liManaging a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities, and achieving ambitious growth targets. /li liSupporting recovery plans in markets facing challenges and turning commercial insight into measurable results. /li liCollaborating with Marketing, Product and Commercial colleagues to ensure customer feedback influences future products and campaigns. /li liRepresenting BRCGS at customer meetings, industry events and conferences across Europe. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pWe're looking for someone who enjoys opening markets, building relationships and turning strategy into results. /p pYou'll bring: /p ul liExperience in business development, market development or commercial growth across multiple European markets. /li liA consistent record of delivering revenue growth within a B2B services environment. /li liExperience working within certification, assurance, compliance, food safety, testing, inspection or a related sector /li liConfidence developing relationships with senior leaders, strategic partners and large customer organisations. /li liStrong commercial competence with experience managing pipelines, forecasting and delivering against revenue targets. /li liThe ability to analyse market trends and translate insight into practical commercial plans. /li liExperience working across cultures and markets, adapting your approach while maintaining a consistent strategy. /li liFluency in English and Spanish /li liWillingness to travel extensively across Europe and work flexibly to support global business activities. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pbOur Values /b /p ul liPassion /li liCuriosity /li liIntegrity /li liBrilliance /li liRespect /li /ul pbEqual opportunities /b /p pWe are committed to ensuring that every job applicant and employee is valued for their individual talents.
