    Descrizione del lavoro

    La posizione di Hospitality Sales Manager Southern Europe ha l’obiettivo di sviluppare e consolidare relazioni commerciali con clienti attivi e potenziali nei territori assegnati, promuovendo i prodotti Frette nel segmento Hospitality.La risorsa sarà responsabile della crescita del business nel Sud Europa, massimizzando performance di vendita, redditività e sviluppo dei clienti attraverso un’efficace attività commerciale e di gestione del portafoglio clienti.

    • Sviluppare e consolidare relazioni commerciali con clienti esistenti e prospect nei mercati del Sud Europa, contribuendo all’espansione del business Hospitality e alla crescita del brand.
    • Identificare nuove opportunità commerciali e gestire l’intero ciclo di vendita, dalla qualificazione del cliente alla presentazione di offerte e negoziazione delle condizioni commerciali.
    • Preparare proposte commerciali e quotazioni chiare ed efficaci, in linea con le strategie e le linee guida aziendali.
    • Garantire un elevato livello di soddisfazione del cliente, coordinandosi con le funzioni interne (Product Development, Produzione, Qualità, Supply Chain) per una gestione tempestiva di richieste, criticità e reclami.
    • Analizzare il potenziale dei mercati assegnati, monitorando performance, trend di settore e opportunità di sviluppo del portafoglio clienti.
    • Definire e implementare strategie commerciali mirate al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita, redditività e penetrazione del mercato.
    • Rappresentare l’azienda in fiere ed eventi di settore, sviluppando attività di networking e follow-up finalizzate alla creazione di nuove partnership commerciali.
    • Raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di vendita e di acquisizione di nuovi progetti nel rispetto delle policy aziendali.
    • Collaborare attivamente con i team Marketing, Supply Chain e Product Development per supportare lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, progetti speciali e opportunità commerciali.
    • Monitorare costantemente l’evoluzione del mercato, le attività dei competitor e i trend del settore Hospitality, contribuendo con insight commerciali strategici.
    • Laurea in Economia, Management o affini
    • Esperienza di 7+ anni nelle vendite B2B e in contesti ad alto livello di servizio al cliente.
    • Ottime capacità comunicative, sia orali che scritte in italiano, inglese e spagnolo.
    • Comprovate capacità di negoziazione.
    • Forti competenze relazionali per costruire rapporti con clienti attuali e potenziali.
    • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia, forte motivazione personale e mentalità imprenditoriale orientata al raggiungimento/superamento degli obiettivi.
    • Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo per operare con successo in un ambiente dinamico
    Ulteriori informazioni

    Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato full-time, CCNL Tessile-Industria e un range retributivo di € 60.000 – 70.000. Il pacchetto retributivo è completato da welfare aziendale, buoni pasto elettronici, accordo di smart working e flessibilità in ingresso nella fascia oraria compresa tra le 8:30 e le 9:30.
