Hub Europe Installed Base Manager

The OpportunityAt Hitachi Energy, we're looking for a driven and analytically-minded Hub Installed Base Manager – Europe to take ownership of one of our most strategic growth areas. This is a high-impact role combining European-level responsibility with direct responsibility for the Southern European cluster – spanning Spain, Portugal, Italy and France. As such, the preferred location for this role is in one of our key locations within these countries. You'll play a pivotal role in unlocking the full potential of our installed base, turning data into insight and insight into action. This is a rare opportunity to shape how we understand, manage and grow our installed base across Europe, driving both customer value and business growth.How You'll Make An ImpactTake ownership of installed base management across Europe, with a key focus on the Southern European cluster (Spain, Portugal, Italy, France)Deep dive into data: cleansing, structuring and continuously improving data quality to enable accurate, actionable insightsAnalyse performance trends across the installed base, identifying risks, opportunities, and untapped growth potentialTurn data insights into commercial action; partnering with sales, service and product teams to drive cross-selling, upselling and lifecycle valueBuild strong relationships with key customers, ensuring we maximise satisfaction and proactively address future needsPromote adoption of upgrades, services and new features to increase value across the installed baseAct as the go-to expert for installed base topics across the hub, providing insight and guidance to stakeholdersDeliver clear, data-led reporting and recommendations to senior leadershipShape and influence best practices, tools and methodologies for installed base management across Hitachi EnergyYour BackgroundBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Marketing or similar (Master's preferred)Proven experience (5+ years) in installed base management, customer success, product management or a highly analytical commercial roleStrong track record of working with complex datasets; with a genuine interest in digging into data and making sense of itExperience translating data insights into business decisions and revenue growthStrong understanding of customer lifecycle management and value optimisationConfident communicator with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders across different countries and functionsHighly analytical mindset, with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detailComfortable working both independently and as part of a cross‑functional, international teamExperience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and data/reporting platformsWillingness to travel across the region as neededWhat's In It For YouOwnership of a critical growth area with both regional and cluster-level impactThe chance to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence commercial strategyA highly collaborative, international environment across EuropeThe opportunity to truly leverage your passion for data, and see the direct impact of your analysisA role with real scope to grow, both in responsibility and career progressionBeing part of a company committed to innovation, sustainability, and long-term value creation #J-18808-Ljbffr
