It provides, maintains and defends the NATO enterprise-wide information technology infrastructure to enable Allies to consult together under Article IV, and, when required, stand together in the face of attack under Article V. /ppTo provide these critical services, in the modern evolving dynamic environment the NCI Agency needs to build and maintain high performance-engaged workforce. The NCI Agency workforce strategically consists of three major categorise's: NATO International Civilians (NIC)'s, Military (Mil), and Interim Workforce Consultants (IWC)'s. The IWCs are a critical part of the overall NCI Agency workforce and make up approximately 15 percent of the total workforce. /ppbRole ID – C /b /ppbRole Duties and Responsibilities /b /ppIdentifies and resolves minor design issues. /pulliIdentifies alternative design options and seeks guidance when deviating from established design patterns. /li /ulpNetwork design /pulliSpecifies the technical configurations and components required for a small network or a network segment in a more complex infrastructure. /liliFollows organisational architectures and standards. /li /ulpSystems integration and build /pulliConducts tests as defined in an integration test specification and records the details of any failures. /liliAnalyses and reports on integration test activities and results. /liliIdentifies and reports issues and risks. /li /ulpNetwork support /pulliContributes to the operational configuration of network active devices. /liliAssists in the investigation and resolution of problems originating from network infrastructure /liliAssists with specified maintenance procedures for Siemens telephone switchboard, Desk/DECT phone, VoIP/VoSIP phones. /liliSet up and manage the AV infrastructure for digital meetings and events; from AV equipment to streaming and recording; /liliWrite, plan and execute a full AV implementation plan in alignment with customers, providing excellent customer service and communication; /liliPrepare and manage a (mobile) streaming studio including videowalls, greenscreen, etc.; /liliCreate and write a technical plan and Run of Show for larger digital/hybrid conferences and events; /liliInstruct and supervise a technical team during larger digital/hybrid conferences and events; /liliDesign and create jingle's, banners, and other digital signage required for digital events and meetings; /liliSupport CISCO WebEx, MS Teams and other event/meeting platforms for Digital/Hybrid Events; /liliProvide first level support and troubleshooting for customers experiencing issues with conference /lilischeduling, video bridging, recording etc.; /liliIdentify, verify and diagnose suspected trouble AV/VTC Resources and Services through monitoring; /liliEnsure corrective actions are taken under direction of NDW Engineers (VTC); /li /ulpbEssential Skills, Experience and Certifications /b /pulliAt least two years in working at an International or multinational organization. /liliAt least two years' experience in managing Cisco Local Area Network devices and end user devices. /liliExperience in troubleshooting and configuring Polycom VTC devices. /liliExperience in setup and operating Audio/ visual devices to support indoor and outdoor events. /li /ulpbWorking Location /b /pulliSigonella, Italy /li /ulpbWorking Policy /b /pulliHybrid (80% off time on-site) /li /ulpbSpecific Working Conditions /b /pulliWork will be on site; out of business hours support may be expected. /liliStrong Customer Oriented skills are required. /liliOn site, in presence assistance during ongoing meeting will be required to quick fix any issue. /liliHardware deployment to users office duties /li /ulpbTravel /b /pulliSome travel to other NATO sites may be required /li /ulpbSecurity Clearance /b /pulliValid National or NATO Cosmic Top Secret personal security clearance /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
