Tasks

* Position RD Printing top of mind within our customer group as dentists, distributors, universities and industry partners

* Ensure consistent messaging, storytelling and branding across all touchpoints in alignment with internal communication standards

* Collaborate closely with our area sales and product managers on all aspects of the customer journey

* Contribute to increasing brand awareness, market share and sales revenue

* Create and execute strong communication strategies by working closely with external partners

* Plan, initiate and coordinate as well as execute cross-functional marketing measures to promote the global sales programs, events and trainings

* Create the content and monitor the design and production of all marketing materials

* Develop global promotional activities using events, fairs, online campaigns, print media, and other communications vehicles

* Lead all offline and online marketing and communication activities incl performance tracking and KPI reporting.

Requirements

Education

* Bachelor or master's degree in communications, marketing or sound professional experience in related area

Work experience in years

* Several years of professional experience within marketing and communication field

IT Experience

* MS-Office, common graphic and video softwares

Languages

* Fluent in written and spoken English, German or second world language an advantage

* Acts in accordance with RD Printing`s corporate values and leadership guidelines and aligns these with his/her own values.

Willingness to travel

Special skills

* Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce

* Experience of building targeted content and know-how in community building marketing

* Understanding of the dental market is benefitial

* Excellent communication skills, also in English

* Confident in using a variety of presentation techniques, can generate attention and enthusiasm in presentations
