OverviewWe are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Cloud Systems Engineer to join the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Department at our HQ in Milan.Your ImpactThe Cloud Systems Engineer will ensure the reliability, security, and continuous evolution of the company’s Cloud and AI platforms, building a scalable, resilient, and automated ecosystem aligned with business, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.In particular, the resource will be responsible for:Cloud Operations & Infrastructure Management: manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.AI Operations / AIOps: support and automate enterprise AI platforms, ensuring efficient, reliable, and observable operations.Automation & DevOps: implement infrastructure automation and enhance CI/CD in collaboration with DevOps teams.Security, Risk & Compliance: ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and governance standards.Service Improvement & Governance: drive operational excellence through FinOps, service optimization, and advanced technical support.QualificationsWho We Are Looking For: Main qualifications:7 –10 years of experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering; AI/Data Operations experience is a plus.Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud, including hybrid cloud, containers, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, monitoring, automation, networking, and IAM.Experience or strong interest in AI/ML Operations, including MLOps, LLMOps, AI workloads, and model orchestration.Familiarity with AI platforms and services (e.g., Azure AI/OpenAI, AWS AI, Databricks, vector databases, and RAG).Good understanding of cybersecurity, operational resilience, and compliance best practices.We Would Appreciate a Person Who Is:Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality services.Compensation & Benefits:Application of CCNL TessileCompensation package range: from 40.000 € to 50.000 € grossCompetitive Corporate Welfare ServicesMoncler Group is an equal opportunity employer, which means we do not discriminate on the basis of ethnic origin, skin color, religion, civil status, age, nationality, ancestry, any form of disability or neurodivergence, medical condition, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation.
