pbr/ppFor our Boutique in Rome , we are looking for a full-time Client Advisor. /ppbr/ppShe/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities: /ppbr/pp- Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of history and heritage /pp- Assist customers accordingly with selling ceremony /pp- Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products /pp- Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the busi /ppness /pp- Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM and Clienteling strategies /pp- Build strong team collaborations /pp- Contribute to maintain the visual display of the products in accordance with visual guidelines /pp- Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise /pp- Be confident with cashier procedures and after sales management /pp- Follow Company grooming, accordingly with the Company's standards and policies /ppbr/ppKey Requirements /pp-Deep passion for fashion and luxury /pp-Experience in a similar role within fashion and luxury retail companies /pp-Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers’ attitude /pp-Comfortable in client face activities and clienteling /pp-Ability to adapt to different customers /pp-Team-playing aptitude /pp-Strong communication skills /pp-Understanding of Retail /pp- KPIsDigital Ability /pp-Ability to work in a dynamic environment /pp-Fluent in English, a second language will be considered a plus /ppbr/p
