Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert for our resistor product portfolio across the EMEA region.
• Support FAEs, sales teams, and customers with technical guidance and design-in assistance.
• Review customer specifications and recommend optimal resistor solutions.
• Support customer visits and key design opportunities alongside sales teams.
• Serve as a technical liaison for new product development from concept through to market release.
• Communicate New Product Introductions (NPI), Product Change Notifications (PCN), and Product Obsolescence Memos (POM).
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (datasheets, reports, certifications, etc.).
• Contribute to marketing materials, training content, and product positioning.
• Deliver technical training to internal teams and distribution partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience in the electronic components industry.
• Background in passive components preferred (resistors highly desirable).
• Exposure to semiconductors or product management is a plus.
• Strong technical understanding of electronic component applications.
• Knowledge of industry standards (U
