Overview
In this role you will work on SAP Group Reporting transformation projects, helping clients optimize group financial consolidation and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, including migrations from SAP BPC to Group Reporting, ensuring alignment with statutory or management consolidation processes. You will guide functional analyses, coordinate configuration work, and support go-live and post-release stabilization. The position offers exposure to national and international projects with a focus on Finance transformation and digitalization.

- Analizzare requisiti di business e tradurli in soluzioni applicative concrete
- Guidare la progettazione della soluzione SAP Group Reporting e allineare i processi di consolidamento
- Gestire la redazione di analisi funzionali e specifiche di configurazione
- Supervisionare configurazione, testing e validazione della soluzione
- Rappresentare il punto di contatto per il cliente durante go-live e gestire training
- Contribuire allo sviluppo della practice con proposte e metodologie progettuali
- Lavorare su progetti nazionali e internazionali in contesti finanziari complessi
- Collaborare con team di progetto e clienti nel settore Financial Services
- Esperienza con SAP Group Reporting o soluzioni di consolidamento SAP (SEM-BCS, EC-CS, BPC)
- Solida conoscenza dei processi di consolidamento finanziario (statutory e/o management)
- Comprensione dei principi contabili IFRS e/o local GAAP
- Capacità di gestire autonomamente analisi, design e configurazione in progetti SAP Finance
- Conoscenza SAP S/4HANA Finance e dei processi di chiusura e reporting
- Buona padronanza dell’inglese, preferibilmente studio/lavoro all’estero
- Disponibilità a viaggiare nationalmente e internazionalmente
- Autonomia nel gestire fasi di progetto
- Buone capacità di comunicazione e collaborazione
- Orientamento al cliente e al problem solving
