Posizione:
- Accoglienza clienti e gestione del front office
- Attività di booking e gestione prenotazioni
- Gestione chiamate, email e richieste dei clienti
- Supporto alle attività amministrative di ricevimento
- Copertura saltuaria dei turni notturni
- Coordinamento con gli altri reparti della struttura
Requisiti:
- Esperienza, di 2/3 anni nel ruolo di receptionist o front office
- Buone capacità relazionali e orientamento al cliente
- Flessibilità oraria, inclusa disponibilità per turni notturni occasionali
- Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (gradita)
