What We’re Looking For Flexible Shifts

• Day shifts
• Overnights
• Short shifts (2-3 hours)
• 12-hour shifts
• Weekends
• Live-in opportunities (coming soon—ask during your interview!)

Competitive Pay

• 2-hour shifts: $25/hour
• 3-hour shifts: $20/hour
• 4+ hour shifts: $16–$18/hour (based on client care needs and your experience)

Your Role as a Caregiver

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Offering companionship and conversation to brighten their day
• Helping with lifting, bending, and transferring clients safely
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Providing medication reminders and personal care
• Transporting clients to appointments or errands

What You’ll Need

• 1 Year of Experience in home care or a related field
• CPR Certification or willingness to get certified with us
• Valid Florida Driver’s License, Car Insurance & Registration
• Level 2 Background Check or willingness to complete one
• Availability: At least 20 hours per week, including 4 out of 8 weekend days each month
