Business Process Owner - Supply Chain and Operations

As a SME leader in the Electrification Service Division, you shepherd standardized processes across regions and products while guiding ERP transformation toward SAP S/4Hana. You will own business process templates for ERP processes (ETO, CTO, MTS/MTO) and ensure alignment between processes, systems, and operations. You’ll drive change, enable scalable growth, and realize value through cross-functional collaboration and strong process design. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping how we standardize practices and migrate to a modern ERP platform.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Lead design and implementation of ERP process templates across the division
- Establish target operating models for ETO, CTO, and MTS/MTO in the service domain
- Standardize processes across countries to realize business value
- Partner with IS/ERP to ensure system support for processes
- Lead process implementation including training and best practices sharing
- Support migration to SAP S/4 Hana and align with system capabilities
- Collaborate with functional and regional management to drive adoption and change management
- Act as liaison between functional teams, stakeholders, and transformation leadership
- 10 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations processes (ETO, CTO, MTS/MTO)
- Manufacturing or factory environment background preferred
- Solid SAP knowledge in SAP SD, PP, MM, PS; SAP S/4 Hana experience a plus
- Project management and change management experience
- Strong analytical skills for impact assessment, risk identification, and data-driven decisions
- University degree: Master of Science / MBA in related field
