Responsabilità
- Guidare la struttura Digital e le relative strategie di vendita
- Definire la strategia digitale in collaborazione con le direzioni commerciali
- Identificare nuove opportunità di business e partnership strategiche
- Incrementare la percezione del valore aziendale sul mercato e le relative revenues
- Sviluppare e implementare un action plan commerciale orientato alla crescita
- Supportare attivamente le direzioni commerciali nelle attività di sviluppo
- Gestire e sviluppare clienti attivi e prospect
- Partecipare alla definizione di accordi strategici con clienti chiave
- Costruire e mantenere relazioni con stakeholder rilevanti
- Collaborare con i team Marketing e Operations
- Monitorare le performance e intervenire con azioni correttive
- Garantire il coinvolgimento e l'efficacia dei team commerciali
Competenze ed esperienza
Requisiti
- 7-10 anni di esperienza in ambito Digital
- Esperienza nella gestione e fidelizzazione di stakeholder
- Capacità di interazione con centri media e clienti diretti
- Conoscenza approfondita dell'offerta ADV digitale (display, programmatic, video, social, native, audio, ecc.)
- Approccio strategico e analitico
- Capacità di sviluppo commerciale e posizionamento sul mercato

L'opportunità prevede un inserimento a tempo indeterminato. Il pacchetto retributivo è composto da fisso + variabile. Richiesta presenza in ufficio 5 giorni a settimana.
