That’s why we’re on the lookout for a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team, optimize our processes, and help us set new industry standards for excellence.
Responsibilities- Be part of an operational contact structure for managing clients in case of difficulties, such as vehicle breakdowns.
- Oversee the digital support process, intervening where necessary.
- Ensures the success of support via chat or voice channels and/or by connecting directly with our network of suppliers.
- Total availability for shifts 24h 7/7
- Based in Italy
- C1/C2 in French (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in operations and/or customer service will be a plus
- Team spirit !
- Previous experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- The role is fixed‑term for 6 months with possibility to confirm in the role
- This role is shift‑based and requires occasional night and weekend shifts
