Robotics Engineer

As a Robotics Engineer, you will work in a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to automation and robotics initiatives while continuously developing your technical and professional skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Contribute to automation and robotics projects, supporting activities across different project phases and on different TRLs, including technical planning, coordination, and progress tracking;
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, service, and sourcing teams, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of industrial solutions;
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and project updates to communicate progress and results;
• Identify and support process improvement and automation opportunities in industrial and laboratory environments;
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of automation and robotics roadmaps, aligned with business and technology needs;
• Collaborate with universities, research centers, and technology partners, contributing to innovation and early‑stage technology evaluation;
• Participate in technology scouting activities and support supplier and solution assessments;
• Support the definition of technical specifications and contribute to technical and economic evaluations;
• Take part in design reviews, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for industrialized solutions;
• Participate in Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) assessments during laboratory testing, piloting, and industrialization;
• Support laboratory activities, including equipment usage, maintenance coordination, and introduction of new tools and instruments.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering (Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, or related fields);
• Background, experience or exposure to automation, robotics, AI, or industrial systems, gained through academic projects, research, or professional experience;
• Interest in industrial robotics, automation systems, and advanced manufacturing technologies;
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and multicultural teams;
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
• Awareness of safety principles in laboratory or industrial environments;
• Motivation to grow technically, take increasing responsibility, and contribute to impactful projects.
