ppWithin the bWW /b bOmnichannel /b bdepartment /b, based in Rome, we are searching for an bOmnichannel AI Transformation Project Manager /b. /p pReporting to the bOmnichannel Data AI Manager /b, the selected candidate will be responsible for orchestrating, delivering, and scaling AI-driven initiatives across eCommerce, Customer Service, Marketplace, and Retail, ensuring AI solutions are translated into concrete business outcomes. /p pThe selected candidate will act as the bridge between business teams, data/AI experts, IT, and markets, ensuring AI use cases are well-defined, delivered on time, adopted by users, and embedded into daily operations. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liLead the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives across eCommerce, Customer Service, Merchandising, CRM, and Retail, ensuring business value realization and successful adoption. /li liTranslate business opportunities and challenges into prioritized AI use cases with clear KPIs, success criteria, and measurable business outcomes. /li liManage and prioritize the AI initiative portfolio within the Omnichannel Data AI team, balancing business impact, feasibility, and organizational readiness. /li liOrchestrate cross-functional teams (Business, Data Science, Analytics, IT) and external partners throughout the project lifecycle from ideation to scale. /li liDrive AI adoption and change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and embedding solutions into operational workflows. /li liAct as the key interface between global teams and local markets, supporting rollouts, collecting feedback, and enabling continuous improvement. /li liMonitor AI solution performance against business KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization targets, driving iterative enhancements. /li liManage project governance, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery quality while ensuring alignment with omnichannel strategic roadmaps. /li liLead the transition from pilots and proofs of concept to scalable, repeatable AI products integrated into the omnichannel ecosystem. /li liProvide regular reporting to senior leadership on project status, adoption progress, business impact, and portfolio performance. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Omnichannel, Data Analytics, or Technology-driven initiatives. /li liMinimum 2 years of experience delivering AI, advanced analytics, automation, or data-driven transformation projects. /li liProven ability to lead cross-functional projects across business, technology, data teams, and external partners in complex matrix organizations. /li liStrong understanding of AI use cases, data-driven transformation, omnichannel ecosystems, and related technology platforms. /li liAbility to translate business needs into AI initiatives with clear KPIs, business cases, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes. /li liExperience in change management, user adoption, and international or multi-market rollouts. /li liFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is considered a plus. /li liFluency in English; proficiency in additional languages will be considered a plus. /li liInfluencing and stakeholder management skills. /li liStrong change leadership mindset, promoting adoption and organizational transformation. /li liStrategic thinking combined with a hands-on delivery orientation. /li liExcellent prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. /li liAdaptability and continuous learning mindset. /li /ul pFor new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 55.000. /p pThis salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting.
