Wenn Technik Deine Leidenschaft ist und Du eine technische Ausbildung (Fachoberschule, Berufsschule) abgeschlossen hast, bist motiviert internationale Berufserfahrung zu sammeln und die Welt zu bereisen, dann werde Teil unseres hochmotivierten Teams! Du bist weltweit bei unseren Kunden unterwegs und unterstützt diese bei der Neuinstallation unserer Maschinen und technischen Problemen. Darüber hinaus sorgst Du bei Anwendungsschulungen für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit. Gleichzeitig bist du Ansprechpartner und Schnittstelle für alle internen Bereiche wie Entwicklung, Engineering, Montage, Technische Dokumentation und Democenter.
Aufgabenschwerpunkte- Durchführung von Service-Einsätzen (Installation/Kundeneinweisung, Reparatureinsätze, Wartungen, Updates) weltweit
- Telefon- und Remote Support zur schnellen und effizienten Problemlösung und Unterstützung unserer Servicepartner weltweit
- Dokumentation der Service-Einsätze (Installationsdokumentation, Service-Reports, Reiseberichte, Eintrag in die softwareunterstützenden Tools etc.)
- Mitarbeit in den restlichen Service-Bereichen (Telefonservice, Schulungen/ technische Dokumentation)
- Technische Meetings und Schnittstelle zu internen Bereichen
- Abschluss einer technischen Fachoberschule, Berufsschule (Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Begeisterung für Technik und technisches Gesamtverständnis
- Reisebereitschaft weltweit (ca. 50 % im Jahr)
- Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
- Kompetenz und Freude im Umgang mit Kunden
- Präsentationsskills von Vorteil

Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 33.000 auf Vollzeitbasis (14 Monatsgehälter). Je nach Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und positionsrelevanten Kompetenzen ist eine entsprechende Anpassung möglich. Darüber hinaus bieten wir attraktive Benefits.
