About The Role

We are hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a tech customer service project based in Portugal .

In this role, you will provide customer support in Italian and English , assist users with technical inquiries, resolve customer issues, document cases accurately, and help turn challenging situations into positive customer experiences.

This is a remote position , but candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate. Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer service and support
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and patience
• Clearly explain technical solutions to customers
• Track customer issues and ensure accurate documentation
• Follow up on cases until resolution
• Maintain a positive customer experience and build customer loyalty

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian and English
• Tech-savvy and comfortable handling technical inquiries
  Strong communication skills
• Good problem-solving ability and quick thinking
• Detail-oriented and able to track issues properly
• Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused
• Able to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
