Overview
In questo ruolo gestisci la domanda IT proveniente da Sales, Billing e Customer Operations, coordinando stakeholder in contesti complessi. Supporti la definizione delle priorità e la formalizzazione dei requisiti di business, assicurando allineamento tra esigenze e roadmap. Lavori con piattaforme CRM/Billing come Salesforce e Net@ per accompagnare l'evoluzione dei sistemi Net@ e Salesforce. Offri opportunità di impatto attraverso la trasformazione digitale nel settore Energy & Utilities, in un contesto meritocratico e collaborativo.

Responsabilità
- Gestione della domanda IT proveniente da Sales, Billing e Customer Operations
- Raccolta e formalizzazione dei requisiti di business
- Analisi degli impatti e definizione delle priorità di sviluppo con gli stakeholder
- Coordinamento fornitori applicativi e sessioni di test
- Supervisione evolutive su Net@ e Salesforce
- Supporto UAT e rilascio in produzione
- Monitoraggio attività di progetto, rischi e KPI, predisposizione SAL
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–6 anni di esperienza in contesti Energy & Utilities (consulenza o aziende strutturate)
- Esperienza nella gestione di iniziative IT e coordinamento di stakeholder
- Conoscenza dei processi Sales/Post Sales e Meter to Cash nel mercato Energy
- Esperienza in Demand Management: raccolta requisiti e definizione priorità di business
- Conoscenza delle piattaforme CRM/Billing, in particolare Salesforce e Net@
- Gestione fornitori e controllo avanzamento progetti (tempi, costi, qualità)
- Capacità di tradurre esigenze di business in requisiti funzionali e supporto test delivery post go-live
- Buone capacità relazionali, comunicazione e gestione degli stakeholder
