In this role, you will help clients maximize the value of their Workday investment by: /p ul liParticipating in all phases of the Workday Procure to Pay implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment /li liParticipating in all phases of the Workday Expenses implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment /li liWorking with clients to understand business needs, translate them into Workday configurations, and provide expert guidance on best practices /li liConfiguring Workday modules to meet business requirements related to financial accounting, statutory reporting, and country‑specific needs in global Workday Financials deployments /li liIdentifying strategies, risks, and options, and recommending approaches and mitigation measures to meet functional and client needs /li liCollaborating with cross‑functional teams (finance, IT, project management) to ensure seamless integration of Procure to Pay and/or Expenses processes with other modules and systems /li liProviding guidance and mentoring to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to develop their skills /li liAdvising clients on industry standards and best practices /li liPresenting design options through prototyping /li liUnderstanding and applying Workday and Accenture Workday methodologies /li liProviding progress updates to the stream lead /li liDemonstrating strong client and stakeholder management skills to achieve project objectives /li /ul pIdeally, you have strong financial experience and several years of experience working on the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role, leading and driving the Workday agenda.
