The role manages assigned master data tasks autonomously, supporting product lifecycle execution, reporting and reliable system operations. /p h3ACCOUNTABILITIES /h3 ul liExecute product master data creation and maintenance activities across backend and frontend systems in line with global standards. /li liPerform master data quality checks and validations, ensuring completeness, consistency and traceability. /li liMaintain master data readiness and continuity to support product launches in alignment with Marketing department, phase‑in / phase‑out and portfolio changes. /li liExecute assigned data cleansing and correction activities to improve usability and reporting accuracy. /li liPrepare and maintain master data documentation within assigned scope. /li liExecute data extracts and standard reports to support KPI monitoring and operational needs. /li liSupport master data activities linked to system evolutions by performing validation and readiness checks. /li liExecute issue handling and follow‑ups, escalating non‑standard cases as defined. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields is a plus. /li li1–5 years of experience in master data management, product data, supply chain data or similar roles in international environments. /li liWorking knowledge of ERP systems, Excel and master data processes; familiarity with data governance principles is a plus. /li liAbility to manage tasks autonomously within own scope with high attention to data accuracy. /li liFull professional proficiency in English. /li /ul h3SOFT SKILLS /h3 ul liAttention to detail and data accuracy mindset /li liStructured and methodical approach to daily tasks /li liAbility to manage assigned activities autonomously within own scope /li liAnalytical mindset and problem‑solving attitude /li /ul pbLocation /b: Milan, Italy (Hybrid - allowing employees to work 6 days per month remotely) /p h3Compensation Benefits /h3 pbApplicable Collective Agreement /b: CCNL Commercio (Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi) /p pbContractual Level /b: Employee Level 2° /p pbContract Type /b: Permanent – Full Time /p pThe reference bGross Annual Salary /b is approximately in the range of b€35.000 - €48.000 /b.
