Some Of The Essentials For You To Know Are /p pbLocation: /b Our offices in Zola Predosa (Bologna) or Interporto (Bentivoglio, BO) - depending on candidates' preference. /p pbDepartment: /b Finance /p pbReporting into: /b Head of Cost Controlling YOOX /p pbWorking Model /b: Hybrid /p pbContract Type: /b Permanent /p pbPotential Start Date: /b October/November 2026 /p pbCollective Bargaining Agreement: /b CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio) /p pbStarting Annual Gross Base Salary /b: From 35.000€ /p p( ** Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and objective, gender-neutral criteria applied during the selection process ** ). /p h3Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing: /h3 ul liSupport the company's cost control strategy in alignment with overall corporate objectives; /li liManage and/or support the annual budgeting process and multi-year financial planning related to operating and manufacturing costs; /li liOversee the monthly financial close process, including the preparation of SOX documentation; /li liLead monthly cost analysis activities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners; /li liProactively identify, assess, and recommend value-added opportunities to business partners; /li liProvide in-depth analysis of variances versus Budget and Prior Year; /li liDeliver timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management; /li liPerform ad hoc financial analyses for internal stakeholders and develop business cases across multiple business areas; /li liEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies; /li liSupport internal and external audit activities; /li liMaintain a robust internal control framework within the cost controlling function. /li /ul h3The Type Of Person We Are Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or related disciplines; /li liAt least 2/3 years of experience in Controlling / Cost Controlling roles, preferably within structured or multinational environments; /li liAdvanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables; /li liKnowledge of Microsoft Navision and Power BI is considered a plus; /li liGood command of the English language, both written and spoken; /li liStrong numerical mindset with a solid analytical orientation; /li liHigh level of accuracy, reliability and attention to detail; /li liFamiliarity with structured processes and internal control frameworks; /li liGood communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders; /li liTeam-oriented mindset paired with the ability to manage assigned activities independently; /li liAbility to work towards objectives and meet deadlines; /li liProactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset. /li /ul pFrom the moment you join LuxExperience, we are committed to making your journey with us inspirational and evolutionary.
