ppWould you like to continue developing your career in bStrategy Innovation /b within a global company operating in the bair transport and technology sector /b, working directly with senior executives and contributing to high-impact strategic decisions? /p pAt Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a bSenior Manager - Strategy Innovation /b to join a strategic growth and innovation team based in bBarcelona /b. /p pYour mission will be to lead corporate and operational strategy initiatives and support the strategic management, aimed at accelerating high-impact projects across the organisation. /p h3What will your main responsibilities be? /h3 ul liLead bCxO-level strategy and innovation programmes /b, from problem definition to final recommendations. /li liDevelop bstrategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints and executive presentations /b. /li liCoordinate multiple workstreams, defining priorities, governance, resources and milestones. /li liAdvise and influence bsenior executives and key stakeholders /b across different business units and regions. /li liIdentify business, technology and industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities. /li liMentor and support the development of managers, analysts and junior team members. /li /ul h3What will you need? /h3 ul liAt least b5 years of experience in strategy consulting /b, corporate strategy, innovation or business transformation. /li liExperience within a bTier 1 strategy consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent firms) /b /li liPrevious experience as an bEngagement Manager, Project Leader or equivalent /b. /li liAbility to structure ambiguous business challenges and develop strategic proposals bfrom a blank page /b. /li liExperience creating and presenting bCxO-level strategies, roadmaps and recommendations /b. /li liStrong programme management, stakeholder management and team leadership skills. /li liExcellent written and spoken bEnglish /b. /li liUniversity degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Sciences or a related field. /li /ul h3What do we offer? /h3 h3Freelance collaboration /h3 ul libFreelance rate of up to €700 per day /b, depending on the experience provided. /li liLong-term strategic project within an international organisation. /li liPossibility of joining the client's internal team after the initial collaboration period. /li libPermanent contract through Oxigent Technologies /b. /li libSalary of up to €100,000 gross per year /b, depending on the experience provided. /li liTraining allowance to develop the professional areas that interest you most. /li liPrivate medical insurance. /li liFlexible compensation for medical insurance, meals, transport, childcare and training. /li liAccess to gyms and sports activities across Spain with special discounts. /li liAnd many other benefits! /li /ul h3Working conditions /h3 ul libHybrid working model: three days per week in the office and two days remotely /b. /li liOffice located in bBarcelona /b /li /ul pJoin the Oxigent team!
