As a Distribution Service Engineer - Italy, you will help our partners and customers get the best from our solutions while supporting a fast‑moving and collaborative service environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage hotline and ticket support for distributors, installers, and end users across the Italian market. /liliDeliver technical training sessions for distributors and installers to strengthen product knowledge and service quality. /liliSupport onsite troubleshooting activities together with the Partner Success Manager. /liliJoin selected pre‑sales customer visits in close collaboration with the Account Manager. /liliCreate and maintain FAQs, online learning content, and technical documentation for the region. /liliPrepare regular service and performance reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual review cycles. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field. /liliAt least 3 years of experience in after‑sales, technical support, or service within PV, ESS, OM, or a similar energy‑related environment. /liliStrong interest in clean‑tech and passion for helping customers solve technical challenges. /liliFluent in Italian and English (C1 level); knowledge of Chinese a plus. /liliComfortable working with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tools and internal systems. /liliIndependent, focused, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. /liliOpen to occasional travel (5‑10%) within the local market and to the wider EU service team. /li /ulh3Why us? /h3pJoin our Distribution Service team and help shape the customer experience in one of Europe’s most exciting clean energy markets.
