ICG Debt leverages the global trading platforms of Deutsche Bank with regional expertise on five continents. With leading market share in nearly every product, the success relies on factors such as our broad range of products, our tech infrastructure, our capacity to execute large and / or complex transactions, an to anticipate the impact of market and regulatory changes to clients' business, and leveraging the Bank's product, research and structuring expertise to offer tailor-made solutions which are customized to meet the specific requirements of each individual client. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the Southern Europe Rates Sales team in developing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients. /liliAssist in the origination, structuring and execution of Rates transactions across cash and derivative products. /liliMonitor interest-rate markets, central-bank developments and macroeconomic trends and provide relevant market intelligence to clients. /liliDevelop and communicate trade ideas, market updates and tailored hedging and investment solutions. /liliWork closely with Rates Trading, Structuring and Research to respond to client enquiries, provide pricing and execute transactions. /liliPerform quantitative, market and client analysis to support business development and client discussions. /liliPrepare client presentations, meeting materials and business analytics, and support the monitoring of client activity and the opportunity pipeline. /liliEnsure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory, compliance, conduct and internal control requirements. /li /ulh3Skills /h3ulliMaster's degree (Magistrale or higher). /liliProficient Knowledge of English, and Italian. /liliOther languages would be a plus. /liliStrong Knowledge of fixed Income Markets and Derivatives. /liliPrevious experience (internship count too) in a bank dealing room (not necessarily in sales). /liliProven ability to leverage IT and AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs. /li /ulh3Well-being Benefits /h3ulliEmotionally and mentally balanced: We encourage work-life balance and we are committed to provide an environment with your development and wellbeing at its centre.
