You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range. You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness, and kindness, collaborating positively with the team. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liSupporting the customer in the sale; /li liMaintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display; /li liReplenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department; /li liMaintaining order and cleanliness in the store; /li liManaging fitting rooms following company guidelines; /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required /h3 ul liPrevious experience as a Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field); /li liKnowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus); /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; /li liReliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules; /li liImmediatly avalaible. /li /ul pInitial placement on a fixed term contract, full-time and part-time. /p pThis role comes with an annual gross salary of around €25.000, plus a range of company benefits. /p pKappa is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.
