Overview
In questo ruolo ti occuperai di progettare e implementare data platform e data lakehouse enterprise su cloud, guidando pipeline ETL/ELT ad alto volume e definendo pattern architetturali. Lavorerai in un team internazionale e multidisciplinare per trasformare ricerca e innovazione in soluzioni pratiche per i processi aziendali. Svilupperai architetture end-to-end, governance dei dati e mentoring tecnico, contribuendo a progetti di AI e data engineering. Una sfida stimolante in un contesto di trasformazione digitale con forte orientamento al business.

Responsabilità
- Guidare la progettazione di data platform e data lakehouse su cloud, definendo standard e linee guida tecniche
- Sviluppare pipeline ETL/ELT complesse e ad alto volume con orchestrazione (Airflow, ADF, Prefect)
- Definire data model (Dimensional, Data Vault o Data Mesh) in allineamento con requisiti analitici e di business
- Collaborare con Solution Architect, Data Scientist e AI Engineer su architetture end-to-end per casi d'uso analitici e AI-native
- Guidare Data Governance, Data Quality e lineage con strumenti come Collibra, Purview o Atlan
- Fare mentoring tecnico e code review verso profili junior per potenziare le competenze del team
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–6 anni di esperienza in ruoli di data engineering, preferibilmente in contesti consulenziali o enterprise complessi
- SQL avanzato e Python per data engineering (PySpark, Pandas, ETL)
- Esperienza su almeno un cloud provider (Azure, AWS o GCP) e relativi servizi dati (Synapse/ADF, Glue/Redshift, BigQuery/Dataflow)
- Competenza su Apache Spark e/o Databricks con esperienza su job di produzione
- Conoscenza di architetture dati moderne (Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Medallion) e pratiche DataOps/CI/CD per i dati
- Mentoring tecnico
