Nel ruolo di Customer Service Speciali s t sarai il punto di riferimento per la gestione delle richieste di assistenza dei nostri clienti.
Responsabilità
- Monitorare le richieste di assistenza stradale tramite piattaforma digitale
- Gestire contatti telefonici outbound con clienti e partner
- Attivare i servizi più adeguati (carro attrezzi, taxi, veicolo sostitutivo, ecc)
- Coordinarti con team interni e partner esterni per garantire interventi rapidi ed efficaci
- Offrire supporto chiaro, professionale ed empatico ai clienti
- Aggiornare e gestire le informazioni operative nel sistema aziendale
Requisiti
- Indispensab ile livello C1-C2 in una o più delle seguenti lingu e: france se (la lingua ver rà testata in sede di colloquio
- Precedente esperienza in operations e/o customer service sarà considerata un plus
- Spirito di squadra e forte capacità di prendere decisioni rapide sotto pressione
- Buona dimestichezza con strumenti digitali e crm
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni rotativi 24h su 24, 7 giorni su 7
Cosa offriamo
- Assunzione inizialmente a tempo determinato (4 mesi), scopo inserimento in organico
- RAL: € 23.000, non comprensivi di maggiorazioni legate al turno notturno e festivo, 4 livello commercio, impiegato/a
- Possibilità di lavoro part-time o full-time, full remote

- Formazione e crescita professionale nel settore mobility e assistenza stradale
