Plant Quality Manager

Present on 4 continents, in 16 countries, and with 4,600 employees, our Group is experiencing sustained growth. /p h3We are looking for a Plant Quality Manager for our site in Aprilia /h3 h3Missions Authorities /h3 ul liEnsure, in the plant, the implementation and respect of quality policies and the quality management system according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and internal requirements; /li liRepresents the customer at the plant. /li liOwner of the management processes P20 and S20 in the plant. /li liEnsure compliance with customer requirements from the industrialization phases. /li liPlan the measures to guarantee the product quality. /li liManage the plant quality technicians. /li liProposes changes of the quality management system to improve it and adapt it to customer and other shareholders expectations in order to assure the organization's competitiveness. /li liParticipates in the Plant Processes improvement plan. /li liLeads on Product Safety and Conformity Representative (PSCR) related activities, while legal associated implications lie on the Plant Manager function. /li /ul h3General Specific Activities /h3 ul liDefines the needs and organizes the people in the Q function of the plant. /li liManage and organize the quality function. /li liDefines the budget for the function. Monthly Review and compliance. /li liAssures that the PIP for the processes of the plant are correctly done and on time. /li liDefines the annual PIP for the processes P20 and S20. Do monthly follow up and corrective actions where needed. /li liDefines / Validates the annual Q targets for the plant. /li liResponsible for achieving the targets of the Q KPIS for the plant. /li liAssures reports (daily, weekly, monthly) are done correctly and on time. /li liAssures that quality tools and manufacturing quality basics are correctly executed in the plant: QRQC, 8D, …. /li liLeads with the plant manager the improvement towards excellence of the business processes in the plant. /li liAssures communication with the Group Quality team in all the areas. /li /ul h3Profil /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience in the role within international environments. /li liA Degree in Engineering is preferred. /li liProficiency in problem-solving methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, and similar). /li liGood knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications. /li liKnowledge of Process FMEA and Control Plan tools. /li liProficiency in SAP and Office productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). /li liKnowledge of French is a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
