Tasks evolve according to your abilities and interests, ensuring the experience is as individual as you are. /p pFrom day one, you join ION on a bfull‑time permanent contract /b, carry real accountability on live projects, and be paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the entire journey. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liAcross phases, you will gain hands‑on experience with state‑of‑the‑art methodologies and technologies in our agile product development environment. This role is designed to grow well rounded AI professionals, with a solid foundation in software engineering to bring models into production. /li liContributing directly to the development of ION's products, from requirements through to delivery. /li liDesign, develop, train, evaluate and iterate on Machine Learning models and Generative AI solutions. /li liWork with Language Models (LLMs) and related techniques (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, fine‑tuning, evaluation). /li liCollaborating with cross‑functional teams to build and ship innovative, high‑impact products, solving complex technical problems and translating them into scalable, efficient solutions. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liMaster's degree in a STEM discipline — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record /li liProgramming experience in one or more of: Python, Typescript, JavaScript /li liStrong communicator, collaborative by nature, and fluent in English (B2+) /li liBased in Italy or willing to relocate; non‑EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit /li /ul pGross Salary Range Visualizzare il telefono su click.jobroute.io EUR /p pPursuant to Italian Law (L.68/99), candidates registered on the disability list will be given priority.
