Head of Power Trading & PV/BESS Optimisation

WiseGlow sta sviluppando il proprio portafoglio europeo PV & BESS e cerca una figura senior che possa guidare lo sviluppo delle attività di power trading, market analysis e asset optimisation.
Responsabilità principali
- Definire la strategia di trading e ottimizzazione per il portafoglio PV & BESS.
- Gestire opportunità sui mercati Day-Ahead, Intraday, Balancing e Ancillary Services.
- Sviluppare strategie di dispatch, revenue stacking e portfolio optimisation.
- Analizzare prezzi, produzione rinnovabile, domanda e market fundamentals.
- Guidare lo sviluppo di modelli di forecasting, back-testing e revenue optimisation.
- Collaborare con Commercial, Asset Management, Investment e Technical.
- Costruire progressivamente processi, strumenti e team dedicati al power trading.
Profilo ricercato
- Solida esperienza nei mercati elettrici europei, power trading o asset optimisation.
- Esperienza diretta con PV, BESS o altri flexible assets.
- Buona conoscenza di Day-Ahead, Intraday, Balancing e/o Ancillary Services.
- Esperienza nello sviluppo o nella gestione di strategie di trading, dispatch o revenue optimisation.
- Forte capacità quantitativa; Python, SQL o strumenti di optimisation costituiscono un plus.
- Forte ownership, autonomia e orientamento ai risultati.
Valutiamo soprattutto la qualità, la complessità e l'impatto dell'esperienza maturata, non esclusivamente il numero di anni di seniority.
