Responsabilità

• Support planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, reporting, and governance across PMO domains
• Coordinate complex programmes with multiple stakeholders and international partners
• Assist budget forecasting, cost control, performance analysis, and periodic reporting
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and decision-support materials
• Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items with escalation as needed
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyse project, operational, and financial data for decision-making
• Prepare programme documentation, reviews, deliverables, and reporting for stakeholders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and external stakeholders to ensure governance and execution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks

Requisiti fondamentali

• At least 6 years of professional experience in PMO/space programme contexts
• University master's degree (5 years or equivalent)
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel and relocate within Europe as required
• Experience with PM tools (e.g., Microsoft Project Planning)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities
• Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and teamwork in international environments
