Experteer Overview

As an EAI Engineer at the Lucca site, you will support installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of electrical, automation, and instrumentation systems for a key industrial asset. You will join a multi-year project with a major client and report to the Maintenance Manager, shaping reliability and safe operations. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and OEMs to optimize performance and documentation, while coaching staff in maintenance and problem‑solving. This role offers international exposure and a meaningful impact on startup success and long‑term asset reliability.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and perform risk assessments
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for EAI systems and participate in troubleshooting
• Drive system reliability, lifecycle management, and develop SOPs for automation
• Collaborate with internal teams, external experts, and OEMs to improve performance and maintain documentation
• Train and coach team members on system maintenance, programming, and problem‑solving

Responsabilità

• High‑level qualification in Electrical and Automation Engineering
• Hands‑on PLC and DCS programming experience
• Experience in maintenance within the paper industry (preferred)
• Strong understanding of automation hardware/software, drawings, and testing techniques
• Proficiency in English (Italian a plus)
• Proactive, safety‑oriented mindset with strong teamwork and problem‑solving skills
