Unisciti a noi per contribuire a far funzionare ciò che fa funzionare il mondo. /p pbTalent Learning Partner ELDS /b This role is open globally but preferred locations are: Europe, close to one of the ELDS factories. /p pThe work model is hybrid. /p pELDS is hiring a Talent Learning Partner to support division, business lines and functions in the design and the delivery of common talent management and learning solutions to provide development opportunities to employees within the Division. The role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to support building future ready skills, strengthen leadership and critical role pipelines, and embed a strong culture of continuous learning aligned with the Division's and Business Lines' strategy. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTranslate Division and BLs people strategy principles into actionable employee development programs aligned with ELDS global business goals and targets. Support the design of leadership programs, rotational programs, skills improvement initiatives, mentoring, and engagement actions across the Division and Business Lines and take accountability for deployment. /li liSupport the annual people review process and people development talks, providing guidelines to assess performance, potential, retention risk, and readiness. Ensure diverse and robust pipelines for key roles through structured and consistent processes. /li liAct as advisor to leaders and HRBPs on talent and learning matters, driving follow-up actions on planned activities. /li liSupport strategic workforce planning by identifying skill development needs across the Division, Business Lines, and Functions.. /li liTrack talent metrics, including bench strength, pipeline health, internal mobility and readiness levels and generate actionable insights to guide leadership decisions. /li liEvaluate learning effectiveness using appropriate methodologies and consolidate the annual global learning budget. Drive internal communications on learning offerings, career pathways, and a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and growth mindset. /li liProactively benchmark external development trends and initiatives, including engaging with peer companies and expert consultants. Bring fresh perspectives and innovative practices into the Division's and Business Lines talent agenda. /li liRepresent ELDS in EL Talent and Learning team to collaborate on common initiatives such as including EL Academy, functional programs, and talent pools. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liTalent Leadership Development – knowledge of talent management methodologies and ability to support design and implement development programs. /li liConsulting Influence – Coaching and consulting skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels /li liProgram Delivery Project Management – Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across business units/geographies, deliver on time, measure program effectiveness. /li liDigital Platforms – Hands‑on experience with LMS/LXP platforms and Workday Learning /li liStrategic Thinking Communication – Strong strategic mindset, business acumen, and communication skills. Able to connect learning priorities to business outcomes and communicate value to leaders. /li liGlobal Mindset Adaptability – Adaptable, curious, and committed to continuous learning.
