Digital Strategy CRM Consultant

Your Opportunity


You will join the Digital & Omnichannel team in a CRM-Business oriented consultant role and have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business across both online and offline channels.
You will support our growth by defining actionable insights to develop effective contact strategies aimed at increasing customer lifetime value.

Your Mission:

  • Contribute to the definition and evolution of the brand’s contact strategy

  • Plan weekly CRM activities and coordinate with the dedicated campaign stakeholder

  • Develop a deep understanding of brand objectives and identify, in close collaboration with the brand team, the initiatives that best support their business

  • Ensure seamless integration between offline and online touchpoints, fostering a truly omnichannel approach

  • Identify opportunities to automate CRM activities in line with available resources and business priorities

  • Prepare and lead the biweekly CRM meeting, involving all key functions across each brand

  • Shape the long-term CRM strategy in partnership with the Trade and Marketing teams, including alignment with the commercial calendar

  • Independently monitor and analyze key sales and contact KPIs on a weekly basis

  • Partner with the manager on the most strategic and high-impact CRM analyses

You can be part of our team if you have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Top management consulting firms (McKinsey, Bain or BCG);

  • Demonstrated experience or interest in Digital and CRM area connected to Business;

  • Familiarity with project governance and transformation program execution;

  • Master’s Degree, preferably with an international experience;

  • Fluent command of English;

  • Excellent analytical skills and strong verbal/written communication abilities.
