Partial remote working can be agreed. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liProactive Talent Sourcing Engagement: Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage top‑tier AI and scientific professionals currently excelling within other leading research institutes and corporate RD departments. This involves deep market mapping and cultivating relationships long before active recruitment needs arise. /li liOutreach to Scientific Community: Immerse yourself in key AI, scientific, and technological communities (academia, research centres, specialized forums, professional associations). /li liRelationship Building Cultivation: Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with candidates.
