Acting as a finance partner to Operations, Productand Supply Chain teams, the Industrial Controller supports performance monitoring, value creation initiatives andmargin optimisation supporting in addition to SM Finance, the Finance Director too. /p h3bRESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3 ul liIndustrial Controlling Performance Analysis ul liSupport industrial controlling activities for Burberry Tecnica - OTW. /li liPrepare and analyse cost, margin and performance reporting, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. /li liPerform monthly variance analysis versus budget and forecast, highlighting key drivers and risks. /li liSupport standard costing reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in the costing process. /li /ul /li liMonth End activities ul liSupport SM to manage month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines /li liPerform account reconciliations (balance sheet PL) and analyze key variances versus budget and forecast /li liAnalyze industrial costs (production, raw materials, variances) and support inventory valuation processes /li liPrepare monthly reporting and provide management with insights on operational performance and margins /li /ul /li liPlanning, Budgeting Forecasting ul liSupport Contribute to Budget and Forecast /li liSupport seasonal forecasts by providing product costing and margin impact analysis. /li liMonitor performance versus plan and support the variance analysis /li /ul /li liBusiness Partnering Stakeholder Support ul liAct as finance partner for Operations, Supply Chain and Product teams within Burberry Tecnica. /li liSupport analysis of suppliers and partners, including cost structures and performance monitoring. /li liProvide financial insights to support sourcing decisions and operational trade-offs. /li /ul /li liProcess Improvement Reporting Tools ul liContribute to process simplification and standardisation initiatives within Industrial Controlling. /li liSupport the use and development of Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI). /li liParticipate in automation and data quality improvement initiatives /li /ul /li /ul h3bPERSONAL PROFILE /b /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Economics, Finance or similar /li li2-4 years experience in the role /li liStrong analytical skills and attention to detail /li liAbility to manage and interpret complex data /li liAbility to interact effectively with non-finance stakeholders /li liCommercial mindset and understanding of cost and margin dynamics /li liExperience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI preferred) /li liPrevious exposure to industrial, supply chain or product controlling is a plus /li /ul h3bFOOTER /b /h3 pBurberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and experience. /p pPosting Notes: Italy || Not Applicable || Turin || FINANCE OPERATIONS || COMMERCIAL FINANCE || n/a || /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
