Quality Assurance Lead: Build a New Plant

DSM-Firmenich AG in Collecchio, near Parma, opens a cutting-edge production plant and seeks a motivated Lead Specialist Quality Assurance to define quality outcomes from day one. You will own audits, establish robust QMS, and safeguard customer and brand integrity.
You will drive the Quality strategy in line with global goals, build a high-performing team, and partner with colleagues and customers to raise the bar on food safety and compliance.
