Staff Product Manager [Accounting expertise] - German speaking ððª

As a Product Manager, you will own Qonto’s German accounting expansion end-to-end, shaping the strategy and local offering for SMEs and their accountants. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, and domain experts to deliver impact in a complex, local domain and drive cross-functional execution. You will leverage AI as a core product lever to accelerate research, prototyping, and delivery, turning accounting into a competitive advantage. This role offers high autonomy within a squad, a chance to influence the German accounting landscape, and the opportunity to work with leading AI tools to scale the product autonomously.

• Define and own the product roadmap end-to-end for the German market
• Deeply understand German accounting workflows and needs
• Develop and execute the German accounting strategy, including build vs. partner decisions
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, specs, and user testing as a product lever
• Prototype rapidly and challenge assumptions to ship high-impact features
• Operate with maximum squad autonomy, delivering with minimal approvals

• Deep German accounting domain expertise
• 5+ years as a Product Manager with end-to-end or scale-from-0-1 experience
• Experience using AI in product discovery and development
• Fluency in German and strong English for cross-functional collaboration
