You will work within XP-driven Agile teams, practicing pair programming, test-driven development, and continuous delivery to build scalable, resilient, and high-quality solutions. /ppThis role requires hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration, Gosu development, Integration Gateway applications, REST-based services, messaging frameworks, and batch processing solutions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement integration patterns, troubleshoot production issues, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure solutions meet customer, business, security, and regulatory requirements. /ph3Accountabilities /h3ulliPractice daily pair programming and test-driven development while delivering high-quality software solutions. /li /ululliDesign, develop, and support Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations using REST APIs, messaging frameworks, Integration Gateway applications, batch processes, and work queues. /li /ululliBuild and maintain continuous integration, continuous delivery, and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and engineering practices. /li /ululliCollaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineers to develop scalable and maintainable solutions. /li /ululliParticipate in solution design discussions and contribute to system architecture and integration strategies. /li /ululliSupport production and non‑production environments by troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable fixes. /li /ululliParticipate in iteration planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and estimation activities to ensure shared understanding of work items. /li /ululliContribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities across the team. /li /ululliParticipate in daily standups and collaborate effectively across distributed teams and product areas. /li /ululliPromote engineering best practices, automation, quality, security, and operational excellence. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum of b2 years of hands‑on experience /b delivering solutions on bGuidewire ClaimCenter /b. /li /ululliGuidewire Certified Associate. /li /ululliExperience with Guidewire integrations, including: /li /ululliREST and SOAP web services /li /ululliIntegration Gateway applications /li /ululliMessage queues and asynchronous processing /li /ululliWork queues and batch processing /li /ululliEvent-driven integration patterns /li /ululliFamiliarity with source control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices. /li /ulh3Bonus Qualifications /h3ulliGuidewire Certified Professional – Integration is nice to have. /li /ululliExperience inthe use of Gen AI. /li /ululliExperience with Personal LinesInsuranceline of business. /li /ululliExperience in Agile, with XP is an asset andcomfortable withpair programming. /li /ululliExperience with Agility (or Version 1). /li /ulpAllstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
