Founder Associate - Paid Internship

At DeepTree, we're building the best M&A analyst in the world with AI. We work with leading investment banks and private equity funds, where speed matters but reliable, high-quality results matter even more.

We're looking for a highly motivated Founder's Associate Intern to work directly with the founding team and help scale our operations.

What You'll Do

• Work with the founders on daily operations and high-priority initiatives
• Operate across teams, coordinating engineering, product, and commercial activities
• Improve how we work by structuring workflows, documentation, and internal systems
• Support customers through onboarding and ongoing operational processes
• Own ambiguous problems and turn them into practical solutions, analyses, and reports

What We're Looking For

• Student or recent graduate interested in startups, operations, and strategy
• Highly organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with responsibility in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator who can prioritize and manage multiple workstreams
• Curious and hands-on, with the drive to learn quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup, consulting, finance, or operations role
• Strong analytical skills
• Interest in AI, finance, or technology products
