Sales Assistant / Customer Engagement Manager

What Will You Do

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant / Customer Engagement Manager to support our sales activities while building strong, lasting relationships with customers. This hybrid role combines sales support, customer engagement, and account management responsibilities to ensure an exceptional customer experience and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering value to customers at every stage of their journey.

How Will You Do It

• Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational activities
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, presentations, and customer documentation
• Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate customer and sales data
• Coordinate order processing and track customer requests
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key customers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Key customer questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Attend to networking events with customers
• Promote a customer-centric culture across the organization.

Required

What we look for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer success, customer engagement, account management, or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and manage customer relationships effectively
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer‑centric mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with customer engagement or customer success programs
• Knowledge of sales processes and pipeline management
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer feedback and engagement metrics
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

We Offer

• The initial basic salary for this position is in the range of €36.300 - €50.000 per year. In addition to base pay, this role participates in a sales incentive plan which can significantly increase your overall earnings. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
