Senior Consultant - Strategy Consulting

Overview

In this role you will drive the design, development, and delivery of multi-project consulting work for pharma, biotech and investment clients. You will engage with clients, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional IQVIA teams to leverage data-driven insights. You will lead reporting, workshops, and quantitative analyses, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating multiple workstreams. This role offers visibility across strategic initiatives and a path to leadership in healthcare consulting.

Responsabilità

• Design, develop and deliver consulting projects or components of large projects
• Engage with clients and present client-specific solutions, collaborating with IQVIA teams
• Create reports, presentations, and other client deliverables
• Conduct desk research using internal and external sources
• Perform quantitative analyses to support recommendations
• Prepare, execute and follow up on client meetings and workshops
• Supervise junior team members and provide guidance
• Support proposal development and sources gathering
• Oversee project planning and multi-workstream execution to meet timelines and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client and internal stakeholder relationships

Requisiti fondamentali

• MSc degree in Economics/Management or Engineering
• 5+ years of consulting experience with a top firm
• Pharma/Healthcare project exposure is a plus
• Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills with PowerPoint and Excel for data manipulation
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead a team and manage projects
• Excellent execution skills and deadline discipline
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
