Global Clinical Operations Leader - Remote & Strategy

Chiesi in Sardinia, Italy, seeks a Clinical Operations Lead to guide global clinical development programs across Early Phase, Late Phase and RWE studies. You will mentor CPMs, align cross-functional teams, and oversee end-to-end operations, budgets and vendor governance.
This senior role requires an advanced life sciences degree, proven CRO/pharma experience, mastery of ICH-GCP, and strong leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
