Data Scientist

Le Mécano est directement responsable de la préparation et de l’assemblage des voitures de course. Le rôle implique des activités à l’atelier ainsi qu’à l’étranger.
Les responsabilités du Mécano incluront :
- Garantir le montage correct d’une voiture de course.
- Participer à la planification quotidienne, hebdomadaire et mensuelle des programmes de montage.
- Communiquer les plans journaliers au Chef Mécano.
- Soutenir les activités de tests et de courses selon les besoins.
- Maintenir en permanence une apparence professionnelle et soignée des voitures de course et de l’équipement. Adopter la même approche pour garder l’espace de travail propre et organisé, et encourager les autres à faire de même.
- Agir en tant que mentor pour les membres de l’équipe moins expérimentés, afin d’assurer le contrôle qualité tout en favorisant un environnement d’apprentissage positif.
- Représenter professionnellement l’équipe et ses sponsors, sur et en dehors de la piste, en partageant une attitude positive et un respect constant au sein de l’équipe.
Le Mécano devra posséder les compétences suivantes :
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience pertinente comme mécanicien dans le secteur du sport automobile, idéalement en F1, LMP2, LMH, LMDh, FE, DTM, GT3, …
- Capacité à faire partie de l’équipe de pit stop, en tant que gunner ou wheeler.
- Capacité à travailler de manière constante selon les plus hauts standards, avec une attitude exemplaire et un sens du détail irréprochable.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés sans compromettre la qualité, et avec un minimum de supervision.
- Bonnes compétences en communication, enthousiasme, et capacité à apprendre et à s’adapter rapidement.
- Excellente aptitude au travail en équipe.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais.
- Connaissance des standards électriques du sport automobile, idéalement avec une certification haute tension (niveau 2 ou 3), est un atout.
- Promotion de nos valeurs (People, Passion, Performance) et engagement personnel dans la stratégie ESG de WRT.
