Scopo della posizione
Sviluppare l’attività di hunting del new business su tutto il territorio nazionale volte a garantire l’acquisizione di nuovi clienti SME & Corporate con il supporto degli strumenti e i processi aziendali applicati con modalità differenti per le diverse tipologie di clientela, perseguendo gli obiettivi assegnati in termini di volumi e profittabilità in linea con la strategia commerciale.

Principali attività
- Garantire l’attività di analisi, ricerca e sviluppo di nuovi clienti profilati in base ai criteri prestabiliti di area geografica, fatturato, dipendenti, flotta, ordini, ecc. e gestire il contatto anche a freddo.
- Assicurare l’individuazione di nuove opportunità e accordi commerciali attraverso gli strumenti a disposizione.
- Elaborare liste di prospects profilate attraverso tool specifici.
- Individuare i referenti e i decision maker delle aziende assegnate/procacciate e gestire il primo contatto.
- Assicurare la gestione, monitoraggio e qualifica delle lead (ove necessario) mediante l’utilizzo dei tool aziendali.
- Garantire la creazione di una propria rete di contatti e prospects con l’obiettivo di incrementare nuovo business attraverso la referenza attiva.
- Programmare l’agenda settimanale con visite a prospects/clienti.
- Svolgere meeting periodici in presenza volti a conoscere e sviluppare la relazione: comprendere le esigenze del prospect e proporre le migliori soluzioni di mobilità.
- Creare le anagrafiche dei nuovi prospects all’interno dei sistemi aziendali.
- Assicurare la gestione di trattative commerciali complesse e articolate volte ad assicurare l’acquisizione del prospect.
- Garantire la gestione di tender ed elaborare car policy e carlists per i prospects di competenza.
- Negoziare, nel rispetto della matrice delle deleghe autorizzative, le migliori condizioni economiche in termini di profittabilità.
- Effettuare quotazioni per la preparazione delle proposte tramite i sistemi aziendali dedicati (Miles/Quoter) e inviare le proposte commerciali ai prospects/clienti.
- Processare i contratti, affinché il reparto di competenza proceda con l’inoltro degli ordini degli autoveicoli.
- Gestire autonomamente attività di prima valutazione, gestione e inserimento delle pratiche di credito e risoluzione di eventuali problematiche inerenti i processi di approvazione e di compliance.
- Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e di marginalità definiti e garantire un costante monitoraggio dei KPI di riferimento.
- Supportare nella gestione delle problematiche dei clienti in collaborazione con i reparti aziendali (Customer Service in primis) con l’obiettivo di perseguire la customer satisfaction accelerando la risoluzione mediante apertura di case o ricerca di soluzioni dedicate ad hoc.
- Valutare e gestire se necessario e/o richiesto i reclami e le richieste di informazioni ricevute dai clienti e/o driver.
- Assicurare il periodico e puntuale aggiornamento delle informazioni e dei dati correlati alla propria attività nei tool gestionali identificati dall’azienda (ad esempio Salesforce).
- Supportare i propri responsabili in attività trasversali in un’ottica di costante miglioramento dei flussi e dei processi interni.
- Adottare un atteggiamento proattivo nei confronti dei rischi, segnalando anomalie e situazioni a rischio e proponendo azioni di mitigazione, rispettando rigorosamente le politiche di Ayvens.
Competenze / Conoscenze soft e tecnico specialistiche
- Laurea o diploma in materie economiche, scientifiche, umanistiche.
- Dinamismo e flessibilità.

- Ottime doti relazionali e propensione al lavoro in team.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Buona conoscenza di Excel, Power Point, Outlook e dei principali strumenti informatici.
