Le risorse selezionate, svolgeranno la loro attività esclusivamente su contatti inbound qualificati: lead. Le principali attività sono: Gestione telefonica di lead inbound interessati alle offerteAnalisi bolletta e proposta commercialeChiusura contratti luce e gasFollow-up su richieste in corsoUtilizzo CRM per tracciamento attività Requisiti obbligatori: Esperienza nella vendita telefonica settore energia (considerata un plus)Abitudine alla chiusura contratti (no customer care)Ottima gestione obiezioniCapacità di trattativa e orientamento al risultatoConoscenza offerte luce e gas (switching, voltura, subentro, cambio tariffa)Buona padronanza del pacchetto office e CRMOttima padronanza della lingua italianaOttima dialettica e proprietà di linguaggioCapacità di comunicare sicurezza e affidabilità al clienteComunicazione educata e orientata alla relazione commercialeAttitudine consulenziale nella gestione della trattativaL'azienda offre: Compenso fisso Bonus produzioneFormazione sulle offertePossibilità di crescitaPC aziendaleTelefono aziendaleLa gestione delle chiamate non sarà attraverso contatti a freddo.
