La figura ricercata
- Gestire l'agenda e gli appuntamenti del team dirigenziale.
- Coordinare viaggi, trasferte e meeting aziendali.
- Preparare documenti, presentazioni e report aziendali.
- Supportare nella gestione della corrispondenza e delle comunicazioni interne ed esterne.
- Monitorare scadenze e priorità operative.
- Gestire archivi e documentazione aziendale in modo organizzato.
- Collaborare con altri dipartimenti per garantire il flusso di comunicazione.
- Essere il punto di riferimento per attività amministrative del team.
- Un'ottima conoscenza di strumenti informatici e software di produttività.
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di Executive Assistant (obbligatorio)
- Capacità di organizzazione, gestione del tempo e problem-solving.
- Esperienza pregressa nel supporto a figure dirigenziali.
- Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese e italiana.
- Attitudine a lavorare in un contesto strutturato e professionale.
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato.
- Retribuzione competitiva tra 40,000 e 50,000 EUR annui.
- Sede di lavoro: San Marino
